Hi, I'm Shirley Cervantes, founder and owner of CerVAntes Virtual. We are a virtual assistance service providing support and organization for all small-mid sized businesses, entrepreneurs, or any professional who needs assistance with day to day tasks or need help maintaining organization of your business without the costs of hiring an employee or providing an office space!
Our goal as your VA is to become your right-hand partner, to help you manage your time, stay organized and most importantly provide skilled-labor in a cost-effective manner. Can my Virtual Assistant work on holidays, weekends, or after-hours?
As your dedicated VA, I work all hours of the day. I am available on holidays, weekends and after-hours. I only ask clients to always give me projects well in advance to have sufficient time and provide 100% excellence.
Can my Virtual Assistant help me file my taxes?
Unfortunately, I am not a tax accountant and have no experience with preparing any sort of tax forms. However, I can help manage your expenses in order for you to be organized and prepared when tax season comes.
Will I meet my Virtual Assistant in person?
It is not necessary to meet with clients as part of being a virtual assistant is to work remotely and save time for both myself and the client.
How do I pay my Virtual Assistant if she's not an employee?
I will send my clients an IC Agreement (Independent Contract) and will be able to provide a W-9 Form. Payments can be taken on my website using Paypal. I also accept Zelle.
